Moises Davidovits is third generation chocolate maker from Venezuela and the founder of Chocolates Khao Caribe in the Dominican Republic. He has a true passion for the Cacao and Chocolate with more than 20 years of experience.
He recently moved to the US to work as Master Chocolatier for the Public Traded Company First Foods Group Inc. He is developing an ambitious portfolio of Chocolates for health-conscious markets.
This course will talk about his latest developments and how he is crafting artisan chocolates with sugar replacements, and cacao sourced directly from farmers and foundations in Venezuela, Dominican Republic, and Central America.
