Choco La-de-dah are a Sidmouth based chocolatier specialising in custom decorated chocolates, celebration cakes and showpieces using only couverture chocolate and fresh ingredients.
Salcombe Dairy has been making quality ice cream and sorbets from their small site in Devon’s southernmost town for 40 years. Our chocolate ice cream includes our very special Salcombe Mud and Chocolate Sorbet! We also make fantastic bean to bar chocolate in a growing market that follows the trends set by small coffee producers, the key to achieving the best product is the selection of ingredients. Each cocoa bean has thousands of different flavours to be discovered, this can only be done if care is taken in the processing of the beans. Don’t believe us come and try some!
At J.Cocoa we make award winning single origin bean to bar chocolate, in Hassocks, West Sussex. We use the finest cocoa beans directly sourced from growers around the world. Our chocolate is carefully crafted over 2 weeks by roasting, stone-grinding, conching and tempering. Only organic ingredients are added to our chocolate, with only 2-3 ingredients in our dark chocolate bars, never using emulsifiers, strongly believing that for great chocolate, Less is more. All our packaging is zero waste, it’s recyclable & compostable, making a specific pledge to protect our planet. After all, it’s the only one with chocolate on it.
Pretty Little Pastries is a Devon based company. Chef and owner Samuel Brook has worked in several high end hotels throughout Devon, spending over four and a half years under Michael Caines, and holding the head Chef position at Paschoe House. Pretty Little Pastries can offer anything from birthday and wedding cakes, macaron favours to full wedding catering, private dining, canapés to full afternoon tea or a dessert for a dinner party. Samuel will endeavour to create something special and memorable for you and all your guests.

Seed are an award winning craft chocolate maker. Vegan. Direct trade. Dairy free. Soy free. Created in Staffordshire. UK. Along with only a small amount of other UK producers, we are a micro-batch bean to bar chocolate maker. Fine flavour cacao beans are imported directly to us from family farms and cooperatives around the world, giving them a say in how the beans are treated from the moment they’re harvested and ensuring the best possible price for cocoa farmers in some of the world’s poorest regions. So whilst tasting good, it’s doing good also.
At Harth we sell beautifully boxed vegan chocolate truffles. Online and at shows we currently sell boxes of our original sea salt truffles as well as a winter selection of chocolate truffles flavoured with whiskey, coffee and our popular ‘fireside’ truffle with hints of wood smoke, cinnamon and cayenne. At festivals we are also able to sell our truffles individually, and bring along fresh truffles to bag on the day for anyone wanting to mix and match their own flavour selection. We also provide samples of each flavour for customers to try.

Over the past few years we have been developing our range of flavoured chocolate bars and shards which have proved to be popular and can be found in some local Farm Shops and outlets.

The Dartmoor Chocolate Company is a purveyor of confectionery. We specialise in all manner of sweets, chocolates, ice creams, sorbets and entremet. Our aims are simple: we want to get back to basics – making the good stuff in the old fashioned way, without all these newfangled commercial additives; and we want to provide high-quality treats for all at fair prices. We’re still a young company, so our range will be expanding in the coming months and years, but if you have something special in mind, do get in touch – we’re always happy to accommodate bespoke requests!

Zara’s make handmade chocolates including seasonal favourites like our exquisitely hand-decorated baubles, to our bestselling range of bite boxes, bars, and hot chocolate stirrers. They are based in Bristol.
Bake Free make chocolate brownies (both dairy and plant-based options), blondies, tray-bakes, plant-based cakes, plant-based “cheesecakes”/tortes. Everything is 100% gluten free, baked in a gluten free environment and all flavours will rely heavily on chocolate.
English Spirit Distillery are one of the UK’s original craft distilleries. They produce the world’s widest variety of spirits and liqueurs from scratch, under one roof. They make everything themselves, from scratch, in very small batches, using fresh & local ingredients where possible: vodka, gin, rum, brandy, sambuca, single malt, and a range of fresh fruit liqueurs. One of their latest releases is our first Cornish product, St Piran’s Rum.

After training as a Cordon Bleu Chef before working aboard tall ships, Kate (founder of Choc Ami) decided it was time for a new challenge. Kate’s knowledge and experience as a chef and a designer has aided and fired her passion for creating delicious, intriguing handmade chocolates. Her collections are created specifically to pair with alcohol or, to share as an after dinner indulgence. Her spice infusions are sourced from a small Indian based company who are passionate about creating the best flavours and spices that are sourced locally. All of her chocolates are hand crafted and made in small batches for exceptional quality and taste.
Hopala Creperie‘s Breton bouchées bring new form to traditional Breton savoury and sweet crêpes! Try our savoury buckwheat naturally gluten-free bouchées, which pair the rich savour of seasonal produce with the sweetness of cocoa. Imagine such flavours as squash and red bean in a chocolate mole sauce! Oh là là, Olé olé! Our sweet bouchées are filled with the most luscious of chocolates, fruit (dried and fresh) and nuts, and will satisfy even the most demanding of sweet tooths! Our organic flours are sourced from a small Breton farm; the fillings are locally- and ethically-sourced, and organic as far as possible.
Grown Up Marshmallows are traditional, handmade, luxury marshmallows. Only our home-grown organic fresh fruit is used to flavour our berry Grown Up Marshmallows and the chocolate used is Fair Trade. Hand-cut by artisans, Grown Up Marshmallows are made in small batches and FREE FROM GLUTEN, DAIRY, EGG, FAT, PALM OIL, GMO, Artificial Flavourings and Colourings. They are then packaged in 100% recyclable, biodegradable, compostable material, including the bag inside, out of consideration for the planet.

The Mallow Tailor creates luxury artisan chocolates. It  was launched in 2019 by Kate and Janet, when they decided to step away from the corporate world to spend more time in the Brecon Beacons and pursue a career in making some of the best chocolates you will ever taste. The Mallow Tailor have made a conscious decision to use recyclable and re-usable materials. Their boxes are made from recycled paper, rather than recycling them again why not re-use these for storing those household items you can never find!
1683 Chocolate Place are an independent artisan chocolate shop based in Knowle in the West Midlands, selling handmade chocolates in a variety of flavours.
Drowning in Chocolate is an independent, artisan chocolatier specialising in hand made, fair-trade, gluten free, palm oil free, vegan friendly chocolates of all types. Heather is passionate about the flavours she creates and only works with the finest chocolate whether she is making small batches of truffles with ethically sourced products combined with local ingredients or creating unique cakes for weddings and other celebration events.
Chocolats de Caprine produce quality chocolates at affordable prices, not only that but they are also Gluten and Nut Free. But that is not what is special, our uniqueness is that they are produced using the cream and butter from our own herd of dairy goats, which gives the truffles a very smooth texture due to the smaller fat molecules, and the lower lactose also makes them suitable for some people with a problem with cows milk.
